At WheelWod since 2013 we have been creating and tracking movements for athletes that use assist devices. (wheelchairs, crutches electric wheelchairs ect.) We specialize in athletes who ride wheelchairs but can adapt for any disability.

🏃‍♂️🤣 `Weight Off Your Shoulders`: The Workout That`s Basically a Prank 🏃‍♂️🤣

Get ready for a run that`ll make you question who you upset in a past life. Welcome to `Weight Off Your Shoulders`, where we combine running with a fun game of `Why Am I Holding This Again?`

Here’s the plan:
1️⃣ Pick up a weight like you`re stealing your neighbor`s dumbbells.
2️⃣ Run like you`re late for a flight at an airport that`s only escalators.
3️⃣ Drop the weight (gently, because we`re all about manners here) and pick up another, just for giggles.
4️⃣ Finish with an unweighted run, because by then, what`s even the point?

And remember:
🚫 No throwing, rolling, or showing off your shot put skills with the plates.
🚫 If you drop it, pick it up - we`re not your mom.

18 minutes of `fun` where you`ll feel lighter with every step (because, physics). False starts are penalized because we`re strict like that.

🔥 Upper BE to Seated 3, we`ve got deadlifts and bench presses that’ll make you feel like Hercules on a caffeine rush. Remember, touching the monitor is a bigger no-no than pineapple on pizza.

👉 Here’s the twist: you can’t reduce weight once you’ve attempted a lift. Because we believe in moving forward, not backward – unless you’re moonwalking, which is always cool.

💥 And if the equipment fails? Just keep going! Pretend it`s part of the challenge. Like when you forget your headphones at the gym but still have to work out.
