MOVEMENT STANDARDS

THRUSTERS/ SH. PRESS /PUSH PRESSSRx – Sh. Press 75/35 SS 45/15  | STRx Upper 75/55 must break parallel and arm full ext at top. Lower 95/65 Full Squat Thruster (AK push Press)

STS Push Press  Lower 75/55 Upper 65/45 Sh2OH arm full ext at top

BOX JUMP OVERS -(STRx  (24/20) 2 or 1 foot jump from floor to top box and both feet clear to other side| STS (16/8) 2 feet from floor to top box and both feet clear to other side step up and over is allowed. 

FLOOR TO BOX – ( STRx  SS  (20/16) (12/8) Seated on floor hands off  box, transfer to top box and return floor hands clear of box|  

ARMS Only for Assault Bike Seated ( sit in front of box and have someone sit on bike)

Score is 2 parts: Part 1 (# Cal from Bike) Part 2 (FOR TIME )
