Well the Wodapalooza was amazing and showed us some stuff that we need to work on. I will be putting a post together this week on the event, but for now heres something to keep you working.

WOD:

Rx Standing: (Scaled)

40 Double Unders (singles)
15 Burpees
7 Deadlifts 215/125 ( 165/85)

Rx Seated: (Scaled)

10 Rounds
80 Battle ropes (40)
15 floor to Box 20/12
7 D-Ball 2 Shoulder 80/50 (50/20)
