MOVEMENT STANDARDS:
ASSAULT BIKE:
ATHLETE WILL SIT FRONT SIDE OF BIKE IN CHAIR AND GRAB BIKE BY ARMS. (will need judge to sit on bike to read calories and weigh bike down)
HANG POWER SNATCH:
BAR START ON GROUND FROM LAP TO OVERHEAD SNATCH GRIP LOCK OUT-(some athletes may need ab mat on lap to protect legs)
FLOOR TO CHAIR TRANSFER:
ATHLETE MUST SIT FULLY EXTENDED IN CHAIR AND TRANSFER TO SEATED ON FLOOR AND RETURN TO CHAIR (FULL BUT IN SEAT BACK FULLY EXTENDED) SEATED FOR 1 REP (MAT WILL BE NEEDED TO PROTECT ATHLETES BUT ON FLOOR) *** IF THIS MOVEMENT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ATHLETE THEN 10 SLAM BALL (20LBS) PENALTY WILL BE SET FOR EACH MISSED REP
HANG POWER CLEAN & PRESS:
FROM LAP TO FRONT RACK – ELBOWS MUST CLEAR FRONT OF BAR TO BE CONSIDERED REP AND THEN SHOULDER TO OVERHEAD FULL LOCK OUT RETURN TO LAP
