SPRING IS COMING
A few more weeks of cold here in Canada but hopefully the warm weather is near. I have been getting out on the longer wheels in the mile and longer to start building that cardio engine back up. I tend to focus strength in the Winter and Fall and get back on the cardio side in the Summer. I know some of you warm climate people have the sun and non snow covered roads and still use the rower and erg. But my advice to you is the ski erg and rower are great but nothing can beat or be more functional the actual action of pushing your wheelchair.
This week we will be pushing our chairs on the road so be prepared to breath hard.

the Wheelwod is the adapted Monster Mash
The Mash is a large workout and as always I advise to either take on the entire workout or divide it up and just do a portion depending on time and fitness level.

30 wall Balls 10/14 @ 9ft
10 Muscle Ups or (20 pull ups & 20 Dips)
10 Cleans 75/95
10 Muscle Ups or (20 pull ups & 20 Dips)
30 wall Balls 10/14 @ 9ft

14 Shoulder Press 55/75
7 Chair tip Burpees & Pull ups
For Time:
50 Sit Ups
50 Cal Row or 1 mile wheel
Rest 10 minutes between each Workout
