(reminder Single Arm athletes may use a DB at minimum 65% of Rx weight)

9 Toes to Bar (may use band/strap for limb replacement)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 step ups, 20/12 box

12 Push press, 95/55 pound

9 V-Ups

Seated Rx (Scaled)

WORKOUT IS DONE ON FLOOR NO CHAIR

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Push Ups

12 DB Sh press, 35/20 (20/10)
