These classes are coached by CrossFit Level 1 Certified coaches as well as certified behavioral therapists and volunteers at CrossFit 5150 in Signal Hill, CA. This program is made possible by the proceeds of this event and by the generous donations and contributions of people in the CrossFit community just like you.
