10 pvc pass thrus

15 wall press

20 ring rows

200m row/roll

 

STRENGTH:

15 minutes to find Deadlift 10 RM

then

3×10 lift KB from floor to 16/20 inch box and back down

 

WOD:

Crossfit Benchmark “Lynne”

5rds

Max Effort Bench Press (body weight)

Max Effort Pull Ups (pull ups end when rhythm breaks or rest happens)

count total reps for score

TABATA Slam Balls 25# ball
