20 min Amrap
Scoring:
Total score per 1 round = 18 reps
15ft and 25ft will be scored = 1 rep
8 med slam and chair to floor transfer = 8 reps
15ft and 25ft will be scored = 1 rep
8 seated and full hang pull ups = 8 reps
Scaled Division
15ft plate drag
(Men’s weight 45lbs plate / Women’s weight 35lbs plate)
8 Med ball slams
(Men’s weight 20lbs Ball / Women’s weight 10lbs Ball)
15ft plate drag
8 Seated Pull ups
Note: if Pull ups are not possible
Seated ring rows will be accepted but athletes score will be ranked after all athletes that performed the work out as prescribed in scaled division
Tie Breaker is your time after 1st round completed

Workout Standards
To qualify for submission All Workouts must be recorded and submitted with score

25 ft marked area with measure tape
Movement standards:
Scaled Division
The 15 ft Plate Drag
- athlete must start plate behind the 15ft mark
- athlete must pull completley across opposite 15 ft mark
- Judge or others may not help athlete reset rope or plate for next pull
- this can be done from seated in chair or floor
The Med Ball Slam
- Ball must start from above head locked out
- Ball must contact with floor
- Ball must return to fully locked out for 1 rep
- lack of lock out over head or no contact with floor will result in no rep
The Seated Pull Up
- Athlete may stay seated in chair at bottom of Pull up position
- Athlete must have arms fully extended at bottom of pull up position
- Athlete may stay in contact with feet the entire range of pull up
- Athlete must clear chin over bar at top of pull up
- Lack of full extension at bottom and chin clear at top will result in no rep
- chin up grip is allowed
Note: if Pull ups are not possible

The 25 ft 1 Arm Plate Over Head Lock Out Wheel
- Athlete must start Behind the 25 ft mark
- Athlete must be fully locked out before moving
- Athlete Must fully clear the opposite 25 ft mark for 1 rep
- Athlete must remain fully locked out during movement
- If athlete stops to rest or drops weight during the 25 ft wheel, then they must start agin in the position of stop/drop
- Arm must be fully locked out before starting movement again
- A 25 ft wheel will be scored as 1 rep,
- There will be no 1/2 reps awarded if time ends during 25 ft wheel
- I arm is not locked out Wheelwod will remove that ROUND from Score
The Chair to Floor Transfer
- Athlete must start in seated position at fully upright sitting position in chair
- Athlete must transfer to fully seated position on floor
- Athlete must return using any technique to the fully upright seated position in chair.
- If athlete does not return to fully upright position before starting next rep it will be marked as a no rep
The Full Hang Pull Up
- Athlete must be fully hanging from the bar, (feet can touch at bottom of hang)
- Athlete must be clearly separated from wheelchair during entire movement
- feet must not be touching ground/chair at top of pull up.
- Chin must fully clear Bar at Top
- Arms must be fully extended at bottom of rep
- Score reps at top of pull up
- If athlete does not clear top of bar or return to full extension at bottom between reps then it will be scored as no rep
