Metcon Vs Lifting Heavy shit
I get in the mood sometimes and all i want to do is take on long grinding Metcons… its where I excel and where I honestly feel most comfortable…
But then I get hanging with guys like Ogar and I see him pick up and move obscene amounts of weight and I think thats fun too. So whats the balance? Well i think thats always the struggle. How do I increase my cardio endurance but keep my Power?
If you search into it, people have been asking this same question for decades.. is there one right answer? not that i have seen but I do agree some smart programming and one day focussed on Lifting is a good start. Its what we try to offer you guys here at wheelwod. best thing about it if it doesn’t work… at least it was free 🙂
