SCALING THIS WOD
For Standing athletes scale the wallball to a box squat walk ball and the height to 9/8′, you can adjust the snatch weight to 45/35 and box jump over to a step over at 20/16
For seated athletes, scale the weight of the medball to 10/6 and the snatch weight 45/15.
