Upper Impaired athlete:
( for single arm athlete the following adaptations can be implemented )

Lower impaired athlete:
All lower athletes may squat to a box below parallel and step to a box for the jump.
SEATED:

11 MB Slam Balls 20/14
11/11 Lateral wall MB toss 20/14
11 Double Kb Swings 12/8kg
11 Wallballs 14/10 @ 9/7ft
SCALING THIS WOD:
Athletes may need to adjust load or height.
For seated athletes, If not able to do the kb swing try swinging empty arms or doing banded seated kb dead lifts. Stimulus is to pick exercises and loads you can do full rounds unbroken.
Lower Impaired athletes should use a third point of contact to sit to or just depth check during squats until able to support weight in full ROM.
