This Week we are holding workouts written by some great wheelie coaches worldwide to support our good friend, incredible athlete and amazing coach Steph Hammerman. If you do not know Steph was Diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, she is under going treatment and ready to fight her way back to health. Steph is one of the strongest people I know and is keeping her fight public to educate, motivate and share her journey with all of us. we are using the #1morerep so she can see all the posts of people doing an extra rep when she can’t.
The first of 5 WODs was written by Steph her self. We want everyone adaptive or able body to hit this wod post your times, video and pictures tag 1morerep #WheelWOD #HammerWeek and we will share and steph will see all the support she has!

WOD:
6 Rounds
2 min rest between rounds
2 min max distance row/run/roll
12 heavy power cleans (80% of 1 RM)
2 min max battle ropes or DU
The numbers are significant to her treatment
12 Treatments
every 2 weeks
6 months until she back stronger than before
