It’s been a tight week so haven’t had much time to do anything but write the WOD… But as long as we are hitting the workouts and progressing thats the most important. There are a few adaptive competitions happening this summer and would love to get some pictures from those who are competing. Wheelwod will be at WOD 4 Wheels in Houston Tx. in August and would love to see some of you there!
