“Hold the Vision, Trust the Process”
Someone told me this a long time ago and sometimes I let that Vision slip and the process goes to shit. After I injured my wrist a few months back I got a little of track as i was very limited to what I could do… well I found that vision again and with the help of some good friends I got my process back.
I want to say thanks to Kev Ogar for coming through with our first 4 week cycle and now we are moving on to the second 4 week cycle by the big Ginga Ninja. It was this giant beast that helped me get back into it and believing in my strength work again.. much needed and Pr has become my middle name again
