Standing:

5 Rds

10 Burpees

20 Pull Ups

30 Push Ups

40 Air Squats

SAA- may use band on push up

SLA- may use box to squat

Seated:

10 F2B 20/12

20 pull ups

30 Push Ups

40 Mb Sit Ups 10/14

All done out of chair

Pull ups but must be clear of ground at full extension in bottom.
