15.3 WHEELWOD OPEN IS HERE

Well, Here we go again and Friday the 13th to make it interesting

This is gonna be a wicked one! Hope you brought your ice packs cause your shoulders are gonna need it!

15.3 OPEN Wheelwod Style will be:

14 min AMRAP:

14 pull ups

14 Ring dips

50 wall balls 10/8 lb ball at 9 ft target

100 double slam- battle ropes

 

RANGE OF MOTION STANDARDS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Pull Ups:

1. Full extension of arms at bottom

2. Butt can touch on seat as long as arms are at full extension each pull

3. Chin must be over the bar (not parallel)

 

Ring Dips:

1. Start seated, butt does not touch seat between reps (no bouncing off seat)

2. full extension at top of dip

3. bicep touches top of ring each dip to count a rep

 

Wall Balls:

Using a 10lb ball men/ 8lb ball Women

1. At least 1/2 ball must hit above the 9 ft mark each toss to count as rep

 

Double Slam – Battle Ropes:

Swinging both ropes at same time

1. Ropes must lift off ground all the way to the end each swing
