In a 7 minute cap complete as many reps of Burpees / Floor to Box you can!
Seated RX
20 inch box/ 12 inch Box
Butt must completley sit on floor and full extension of seated position at top
Seated Scaled
12 inch box / 8 inch box
Butt must completley sit on floor and full extension of seated position at top
Standing Rx
Chest Must touch floor leg(s) fully extended behind
Athlete must come to full extended standing position and clap over head
Standing Scaled
Chest Must touch fully to 12 inch box, Leg(s) fully extended behind
Athlete must come to full extended standing position and clap over head
