What are you waiting for, there are prizes to be won and fun to be had as well as being part of one of the largest functional fitness festivals in the world. and if all of that doesn’t intrigue you then you will want to at least try your shot at the qualifier so you can get an idea what you need to work on for the open.

“Randy”

Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member was killed February 7 in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons’ wife and two children

STRx 

  • UPPER: Each rep – Bar will start on Ground and must finish over head locked out  @ 55/35
  • LOWER: Each rep – Bar will start on Ground and must finish over head locked out in snatch grip  @ 75/55

STS

  • UPPER: Each rep – Bar will start on Ground and must finish over head locked out  @ 35/15
  • LOWER: Each rep – Bar will start on Ground and must finish over head locked out  @ 55/35

SRx

  • Each rep – Bar will start on Ground and must finish over head locked out in snatch grip  @55/35

SS

  • Each rep – Bar will start on boxes (maximum 3 inches above lap) and must finish over head locked out in snatch grip  @35/15
