FIND 1 REP MAX CLEAN FROM BOXES (LAP)
At the call of 3,2,1 go clock will start and Workout 2.A will begin with the running clock. The athlete will have from 0:00 to 10:00 to complete Workout 2.A
The same barbell must be used for both 2.A and 2.B. The athlete can have help to load their own barbell and may receive assis- tance. Prior to each lift you must state what weight you are about to attempt. Plates smaller than 1⁄2 lb. may not be used. There is no limit to the number of attempts within the 10-minute time limit.
Your score for Workout 2.A will be the weight (in pounds) that you successfully clean.
No Reps will be not getting bar to front rack position. bar must reach shoulders with elbows clear in front of bar path to count as a lift.

– BAR MAY REST ON BOXES
– BAR MAY NOT BE MORE THEN 2 INCHES ABOVE LAP AT STARTING POSITION
– BAR MUST TRAVEL FROM LAP TO FRONT RACK POSITION AND CONTROLLED
– ATHLETE MUST WAIT UNTIL JUDGE CLEARS THE LIFT FOR IT TO COUNT
– FRONT RACK WILL QUALIFY AS ELBOWS CLEAR IN FRONT OF BAR PATH AND BAR CONTROLLED AT SHOULDER HEIGHT.
