15 Toes to kb

Neuro:

50ft Beat Crawl

50ft Walking Lunges

15 Knee raises or v-Ups

Seated:

5 Rounds for time of:

50 ft Wheelie

50ft backward weight drag

15 Med ball sit-ups 20/14 or sit up

Other At Home version: Scale to intensity and skill

50ft Handstand Walk/HS hold or bearcrawl

50ft  Weighted Walking Lunge ( bag full of books, a kid 🙂
