Check-in weekend
The essentials
- Registration
- In-person registration opens Thursday, July 23 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. Check the athlete portal for your exact window.
- Credentials
- Bring a government-issued photo ID. Athlete and coach credentials are issued at registration and must be worn at all times inside the venue.
- Briefings
- Mandatory athlete briefings are held Thursday afternoon. Your declared coach is welcome to attend.
- Warm-up floor
- A dedicated warm-up area operates all weekend adjacent to the competition floor, with equipment and prep staff for adaptive setups.

Food and Venue Policies
- Athletes, their parents, and their coaches may bring food into the venue. All outside food must be eaten in the athlete lounge. Eating outside food on the main competition floor or in the stands is not permitted.
- Spectators may not bring outside food or beverages into the venue.
- Personal cameras are permitted for spectators. Camera lenses may not extend more than 3 inches from the camera body.
