SLA use a box for bottom range on thruster

Seated:

4 Sh Press. 95/45

4 Slam Balls 20/14

Level 3: as prescribed

Level 2: use 85/35

Level 1: use 75/30

 

LEVELS are defined as follows –  Note: Medical documentation will be required for competition

LEVEL 3 Use of hip flexors and above ( amputees, low Thoracic injury or lumbar injury

LEVEL 2 Use of abdominal muscles and above (T-12 to T-8)

LEVEL 1 No abdominal or more then 3 limbs impaired ( T-7 to C-1 )
