  • SLA May use a box at parallel to squat

SEATED: Out of chair

60 Battle Ropes

15 DB SH2OH 25/15

5 Floor to Box 20/12″

  • Level 1 ( T-6 and Higher) may lean against box for presses and ropes
  • Level 2 as prescribed (T-7 – T-12)
  • Level 3 ( Amputees, lumbar spine injuries or functioning legs) 35/25 pound dumbbells
