then rest 4 minutes and repeat another 2RFT
score is total time including rest
HANG POWER CLEAN – STRx 75/55 (upper athletes 65/45) | STS 55/35 | SRx 65/35 | SS 35/15 (all seated athletes may lift from lap or boxes. cannot bounce off box and bar can only be less then 3 inches above lap at bottom.
PUSH PRESS/ SH.PRESS – Same weights as HPC. Must start at shoulder lock out over head. no jerk.
