20 Min EMOM (scaled) 

Min 1 : 2 Strict Pull Ups, 3 Kipping ( do banded)

Min 2: 6 Pistols ( 10 Air Squats or pistol to box)

 Seated athletes will do 10 push ups ( 5 push ups)
