Registration starts April 4th at 12:00 pm. EST. and is Open until April 28th 12:00pm

The Competition will Start April 22nd at 12:00pm EST and will run until April 29th 12:00pm EST

You will only be able to submit your scores once, there will be 3 WODs released on April 22nd 2016.

Top 9 men and Top 4 Women will Qualify. (If the successful qualifier does not confirm attendance by designated date TBD the next closest score will get the offer to attend.)

Anyone is welcome to compete you do not have to have done the OPEN to attempt to Qualify.
