Standing Upper & Lower Rx

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
3 bar muscle-ups / C2B

Men use 75 lb.
Women use 55 lb.

Seated Rx

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
3 Ring muscle-ups / C2B

Men use 75 lb.
Women use 45 lb.

Seated Scaled

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
3 seated Pull ups & 3 Box Dips

Men use 55 lb.
Women use 25 lb.

Standing Scaled

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
3 Jumping C2B

Men use 65 lb.
Women use 45 lb.
