MOVE MOUNTAINS

 

Today we are doing a WOD for epilepsy,

I hit this last night with my box CrossFit Indestri and it was a great burn. This was designed by Jenny Lablaw who last year ran 500 miles across Colorado and raised $50,000 plus for research on epilepsy. We are going to do our part and support this cause and celebrate a fantastic woman. The official day was yesterday but I had to test it out first 🙂
