Welcome to our world, I thought I would give you a taste of what a daily wod is for me…This WOD will be done seated with out using your legs.. 

FOR TIME: 30 Min Cap

1000M LEGLESS ROW OR SEATED SKI ERG (take the arm off the rower sit on a box)

then

5 Rds

20 Seated Wallballs 14/10 @ 9ft/8ft (or 20 inch box seat)

15 Seated Db Snatch 35/20 (sit on floor)

10m Army crawl (arms only)

5 Strict weighted pull ups with chair or 35/20 lb dumbbell
