Today on WheelWod we are taking on Event 4&5, these 2 are tests of speed, power and balance. The Wod will be set to hit 4 and then with a 2 min change hit 5! Have Fun!

300 ft Wheelbarrow Walk (with Partner holding legs at knees)

*** If you don’t have a partner sub a crawl of 150 ft***

 

THEN 2 MINUTES TO GET SET TO LIFT A 1 RM

at the 6 min mark you have 30 seconds to attempt a snatch 1 rep max and the 8 min mark another 30 secs to increase or decrease. Score heaviest successful lift
