WHEELWOD TAKES ON THE 2015 CROSSFIT REGIONALS EVENTS

This week on WheelWOD we are going to go after all the Crossfit Regional events. We will adapt where necessary and be looking at the purpose of the wod as well as the scaled versions for adapting as well!

Gonna be a tough week! And as always we have OGAR STRONG strength work to continue

We did Randy last week so we will skip event 1 and go to event 2

15 -Shoulder Press 75/55

9 -Rope Climbs @ 10ft 

9 -Shoulder Press 75/55

6 -Rope Climbs @ 10ft

Scale for rope climb are sled pull at 1/2 body weight and 15 feet distance = 1 rope climb

 

CASH OUT:

1/2 mile wheel in prep for the chipper tomorrow!

 

I realize some of you may do Murph for Memorial Day and good luck with it I just did it last week1
