Hello,

so we have had some more competitors that wanted to join the competition. we have verified their scores and have to decided to allow them to join the competition. This will be the last competitors we allow to join in on this competition. That will cap the competition at 20. Anyone looking to submit scores will be noted in daily blogs and instagram but not included in the overall leaderboard.

This is the official 1st round leaderboard of the Wheelwod Crossfit Open. All submissions for 15.2 must be submitted by post on the Friday blog or by email at [email protected] submissions will be open until Monday March 9th 2015 @ 8pm EST. Submissions without valid reason will not be excepted.We will keep track of your scores but they will not count in the overall standings.Please realize this is on the honour system but if your score was questioned we ask you record your attempt to provide video evidence. Each attempt can be converted into a you tube file and link can be posted with submission.

This is for fun but we do like the competition and want to be fair to all competitors. There will be prizing for the top 3 finishers! This will be announced at a later date! All competitors are asked to send an email to [email protected] with your shirt sizing and address for shipping. you will receive a free wheelwod T-Shirt!

Hang Snatch

7-7-5-3-3 (load weight in final 3 sets, first to sets of 7 for warm up light weight )

Barbell Floor Press (work towards a 3 rep max final set)

Cash Out: 

2 cycles of tabata Plank holds= 8 rounds of 20 seconds hold 10 sec rest then 1 minute rest and repeat
