Well the Crossfit Games started Yesterday and we figure well we cant get to a beach and paddle board for everyone but we can carry sand bags and easily make a wall out of boxes.

so todays Wheelwod will be an adapted version of the sandbag wod you can do in your box.

FOR TIME:

LOAD 7 SANDBAGS OVER A WALL OF BOXES 56 INCHES HIGH

**all lifts must come from ground**

(SAND BAGS SHOULD BE BETWEEN 50-70 LBS WITH 1 BAG AT 75LBS)

CARRY ALL SAND BAGS 100M WITH THE HEAVIEST BAG LAST

(50M OUT 50M BACK AS MANY AS YOU CAN CARRY AT A TIME.)

LOAD ALL 7 BAGS OVER THE WALL AGAIN. HEAVIEST BAG LAST

RACE THE HEAVIEST 400M TO FINISH.

 

IF YOU DONT HAVE SAND BAGS USE 45 LBS PLATES OR LIGHT (55-70) ATLAS STONES. IF USING PLATES
