WheelWOD of January 22/18

We are just writing to you to let you know the WheelWOD Open is up and running for our 4th year. Last year we had 170 athletes compete. this year we have divisions for Upper Impairment, lower Impairment and Seated athletes.

Each workout will have a Rx and a scaled option. You will chose each workout as they are released in regards to which way you want to take on the WOD.

The top 12 Finishers in the divisions that complete all the workouts Rx will have a chance to move on to an online Qualifier.

From the online Qualifier the Top 6 in each division will receive an invitation to the WheelWOD Games (formally WheelWOD Championships)

They will take place at the UG series hosted by Reebok. There will be cash prizes for the top finishers. The Games will take place from July 5-8 and will be 9+ workouts covering all fields of fitness.

We hope wether you are looking to go on to the Games or just join the community and help us gather the numbers to show CrossFit that have the numbers and interest to move forward being a part of the open for 2019
