WheelWOD will Adapt the Crossfit Open for the 2nd Year. Adapted workouts will be posted nights of open announcements and movement standards released on the Friday mornings after.
THIS YEAR THERE WILL BE A SCALED AND RX DIVISION
Movement standards will be written & video along with strategy & breakdown on the Friday posting . This will allow Saturday and Sunday to be used to complete the Workout. Post videos to FB, Youtube, Twitter or IG and tag us @wheelwod and we will share your fitness! #WheelwodNation #WheelWOD

Working with @coachstephmckean on developing a hollow body position. Firing those abs has had me sore for days! This will become a daily activity for me. Use light bands and focus on pushing the small of your back to floor and shoulders off the floor.
