so yesterday was a eye opening day. Not only did we get to share waves with wounded warriors from the UK and USA but we spent the entire day in the ocean at Cowell’s bay in the water tearing up waves. I hit my very first wave on the first try and never looked back. I didn’t want to get out of the water but my shoulders decided it was time. If you think surfing all day isn’t a workout…. paddle out to the break in Santa Cruz one time and your ideas will drastically change.

I have found a new love and plan on finding a way to do it on the reg.
