WOD 4,5,6 – MAX OUT

Workouts will be done consecutive with 30 second transitions between 6 Min Caps. 3 separate scores

Seated:

WOD 4:
3 RM Bench Press – 6 min Cap

WOD 5:
2 RM Clean & Press – 6 min Cap

WOD 6:
30 sec Max cal Assault bike arms only

Standing Lower & Upper:

Multipliers will be added to the following classifications lifts
1 point of contact upper: (single arm athlete) 25%
1 point of contact lower: (Single leg athlete) 10%
Neuro athlete: 25%

WOD 4:
3 RM Deadlift

WOD 5:
2 RM Clean & Jerk

WOD 6:
1 Min Max cal Assault bike
