The Workouts release and competition schedule is as follows:
Work out 1 – February 24-28
Work out 2 – March 3-7
Work out 3 – March 10-14
Work out 4 – March 17-21
Work out 5 – March 24-28
The Winner’s of The Men & Women’s RX Divisions will be automatically Qualified to The WheelWOD Championships. As well eligible for the spartan division of the Working Wounded Games.

Upper means athletes with upper body impairments. If an upper athlete decides to use the single arm option (DB) they must use 1 arm through out the workouts.

Lower means athletes with upper body impairments. All of these lifting movements will be set to quarter squat (power movements) to make up for limited ROM.

Scaled divisions will allow for some additional scales at the discretion of wheelwod.
