200 Battle ropes (single swings)

100 Alternating 1 arm dumbbell snatch 25/15

50 Push Ups

25 ft Crawl

5 Male : Muscle Ups

Female: 5 seated pull ups & 5 seated Ring dips

Notes
This workout begins with the athlete standing under the rings. At the call of “3-2-1 … go,” the athlete will begin battle ropes. Once all the battle ropes reps are complete they will move to the alt 1 arm Db Snatch then to the Push Ups, then to the 25ft Crawl and lastly the Muscle up or pull up & ring dip. After the last rep in the scheme, the athlete will move back to the battle ropes and begin the next round.

Your score will be the total number of repetitions completed before the 17-minute time cap. You will enter your result by the total number of reps completed plus your tiebreak time (see below).

Tiebreak
In this workout, we are using a special tiebreak method. At the end of the first set of Db Snatch, time should be marked. When you submit your final result, your score will be the number of reps completed. There will be another field in which you will enter the elapsed time at which you completed your first set of Db Snatch.

Equipment
• Set of gymnastic rings hung so you can successfully perform a muscle-up or Female rings for ring dip and pull up bar for pull ups
• Dumb Bell weight for your division
• Battle Rope at length of 30 fett total ( 15 feet each rope)
• Measuring tape indicating the length of crawl area

For each workout, be sure the athlete has adequate space to safely complete the workout. Clear the area of all extra equipment, people or other obstructions.

Video Submission Standards
Prior to starting, film the measuring of the length of the crawl and the battle ropes, as well as the weight of the DB, so the loads and height can be seen clearly. All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. A second person with a stopwatch should be in the frame throughout the entire workout. Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be clearly seen meeting the movement standards.

NO REPS & VIOLATIONS

Once there has been 10 no reps in a submission, then the score will be finalized at that point minus the 10 reps. No reps after that point will score.
Any submission with more then 10 no reps will be consider as a major violation and will either result in a revoke or 15% penalty from the 10th no rep score.
If reps or athlete are not completley visible on the camera at all times then these will count as no reps as well. If you think its going to be hard to see then adjust. We suggest a test video.
If you submit your score and video on the last day of deadline there is a chance it will not be seen until after the deadline and will have no chance to redo.
NOTE:
  • If you think something on your video is not clear then we probably don’t either.
  • Educate your judge with the movement standard so they can call no rep.. because if they don’t we will and you could be asked to resubmit.
