3 RDS

4:00 AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:
PUSHUPS
Double Dumbbell Overhead Carry 20m Shuttle or 30 sec DB OH hold
Rest 2:00 between rounds.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS

PUSH UPS SEATED ATHLETES & STS – knees on ground chest touch floor to full extension.

STANDING ATHLETES – regular push ups (upper athletes can  use assistive devices to help)

OH DB Carry Hold SRx  & STRx 35/20  SS & STS 20/10
