Hammer Week WOD 2

Yesterday’s WOD by Steph was a great kick off and today’s is a great builder on it!

Coming from Houston Texas is a WOD straight outta CF Redefined

Angel Gonzalez and his wheelies came up with this one. Have fun with this WOD. You will need a partner.

WOD:

3 rounds 2 min rest between each round ( partner WOD ) 1 min rest between each movement
Wall ball 8ft 14/10

Max cal ski or Row

1 rest

Steal maces or hanging Chair Raises or slam balls ( scale accordingly) able body can do V-Ups
Each person works for a min trying to beat what they got the previous round. Add up the total between the both of you.
