Classifications for 2022 WheelWOD Wodapalooza competitions:

Standing Division Variations

2pts Upper is 2 points of contact on a barbell or equipment 

2pts Lower is 2 points of contact on the floor

1pt Upper is 1 point of contact on bar (no strap replacing limb) 

1 pt Lower is 1 point of contact with floor (no prosthetic or above knee prosthetic) (double leg amputees will be classified in this category) 1 point may use a box during squatting and hinging movements for safety 

Minor Neuromuscular
Minor Neurological conditions where 2 or less limbs are affected by Balance, Range of motion and coordination.

Major Neuromuscular
Major neurological conditions where all 4 limbs are affected by balance, mobility, coordination and range of Motion limitations.

Visual Impaired
None or very limited vision.
These athletes will follow the standards for Standing LOWER 2pts unless otherwise written in the description of the event.

Short Stature
Athletes with below height requirements listed in WheelWOD Competitions and Rules Document and with Range of motion, limb difference impairments.

Seated Division Variations

Seated Low: athletes with only two lower limbs affected by a spinal injury, amputation, or impairment that affects the athlete from the thoracic seventh vertebrae (T-7) to the lumbar third vertebrae (L-3).

Seated High: athletes with only two lower limbs affected by a spinal injury, amputation, or impairment that affects the athlete from the thoracic sixth vertebrae (T-6) to the cervical fifth vertebrae (C-5).

Quad: athletes are Seated athletes with two  lower limbs and at least one upper limb impaired that affects grip. Must have core and hip flexors affected to be in this category.
