50 DU or 75-100 singles ( 20 U-Turns or 75 split ropes/battle ropes)
10 Db Push Press 35/20 ( odd object presses)
10 T2B ( 10 sit ups or knee burpees)

If you have some equipment;
50 DU or 30-50 or 100 singles
10 odd object push presses
10 toes to kb or wall

If you have no equipment;
50 lateral hops
10 pike push ups ( scale reps to 5-7)
10 Toes to Wall
