Today’s workout is in honour of a friend of mine. She was a warrior, a genius and a writer. Jen Young was diagnosed with cervical cancer and never even wavered. Instead she faced it head on and inspired countless others to do the same. She founded “Love the snatch” and raised many dollars to fight this disease that has taken so many people from us. Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Grandmothers and wives..

On Monday Jen passed fighting right to the end. She will always be in my thoughts as one of the strongest people I know. Jen was unbelievably smart and her favourite number was Pi. 3.14…

So in Honour of Our friend Jen I ask you to hit the following workout without any excuses. Battle through this and post a video and tag @love_the_snatch on insta and spread awareness to her foundation.
