Today I am putting you through a WOD from way back that I did in 2012 when I first started writing my own programming. It’s one of those that looks bad on paper and worse when you hit it! Have fun with this one and stick to the strength program!

Day 2­ Week 1

1. Find Floor Press 5RM then 3xARMAP @ 90%

2. Pullups 3xME Strict

3. Dips 50 reps as few sets as possible AFSAP (As Few Sets As Possible)
