Well Here we go again!

Week 2 of the open and its a good one!

15.2 will be:

3 minutes

2Rds

10 Behind the Head Shoulder Press

1o Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Every 3 minutes increase by 2 reps until you cannot complete total work in the 3 minute cap.

ALL SCORES (TOTAL REPS) MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THIS POST IN THE COMMENTS OR EMAILED TO [email protected] BY 8PM EST MONDAY MARCH 9TH.

Movement Standards are as follows:

Behind Head Press 55/35 lbs

– 1st lift must come from the floor

– Then bar moved to behind head resting on shoulders.

– Press must be fully locked out and returned to shoulders each lift

Chest to Bar Pull-ups

– Pull up range is bar must touch collarbone or lower

– Arms must reach full extension between each pull

– Your Butt can touch chair at bottom of pull as long as you are at full extension before        next pull-up
